Valentine's Day card with effects
Make a beautiful and eye-catching card for someone you have dear. Love is one of the most precious concepts that we have, Anna believes. Use the sister's template to decorate the card or unleash your creativity and make your own decorations.
Download and print the templates. Save them for step 6.
Fold a piece of A4 cotton paper or card stock at the middle. Then fold one of the sides on the middle once again, like shown in the video.
On the top half of your card, use a pencil to draw a circle around a glass in the middle of your fold and on the side which is underneath.
Cut out the half-circle as shown in the video.
Place a piece of double-sided adhesive tape in the middle of the fold with the cut out circle. Place a piece of sewing thread on the tape and bend the fold together again to tape it together with the thread.
Now, cut out the templates from a sheet of cotton paper or cardboard in a new colour.
Tape the two large hearts together around the visible sewing thread in the middle of the cut out half-circle. Secure the circle with tape to make it level with the drawn half-circle on the inside of the card. Place the rest of the cut out pieces as shown in the video or as you like.
Write a small greeting inside the card on the circle as well as the name of the receiver and sender on the square outside on the card. Now, your Valentine's Day card is ready to be handed out to a dear one.
