Vase of air-dry clay
Anna is always on the lookout for more lovely finds in which she can display blooming flowers from the garden. "Why not allow for some creativity and create a truly unique and personal vase?" she thinks and finds tools and clay.
Find a glass jar, for example a jam jar, to use as the base of the vase. Cover the jar with clay, and optionally you can also choose to form a more organic shape.
Next, roll out thin strips of clay and place them side by side on the clay-covered vase. Continue until the whole vase is covered with clay strips.
Place the clay vase somewhere that is not too hot, and let it dry upright in a plastic bag. This way, you avoid the clay cracking.
When the clay is dry, you can smooth off any roughness with sandpaper.
Now, the vase is ready to adorn your home together with a beautiful flower bouquet.
