Begin your morning by scrubbing your skin with a dry brush to remove dead skin cells and other dirt. The sisters have many different brushes that can be used for this purpose. "The small sizes are especially suitable for the face," Anna advises.

Slice fresh, organic citrus fruits and add them to your water. It looks inviting and adds a lovely touch of freshness to your water. "Do not forget to rinse the fruits before adding them to the water," Clara reminds.
