In every home, storage is needed for this and that. With Clara's love of practicality and Anna's sense of aesthetics, the sisters have gathered a list of solutions to bring both order and beauty to the home.

Entrance hall.A bench with space for storage underneath is an obvious choice for the entrance hall.
Natural.Weaved baskets bring warmth and naturalness to the home. Create order in the entrance hall by having one basket for bags, one for hats and gloves, one for warm sweaters etc.

In all heights.Coat hooks are a neccessity in the entrance hall. Make sure to hang hooks in all heights so everyone in the family can reach.
Make sure that all storage solutions are easy to access in the entrance hall.

This way, you can keep order while still being able to move quickly in and out the door.

DIY.Often, a customised solution is best when trying to use the space fully. For instance, you can build a bookcase from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. This one is made of MDF boards cut in fitting measurements and painted.
Beautiful to look at.In the bookcase, boxes, baskets and folders keep track of all the items. In an open bookcase with no doors is is especially important to choose aesthetically pleasing storage.

Lighting.Vary the contents of your bookcase, so there are not boxes and books in all rooms. A table lamp in the bookcase sets a mood of 'hygge'.
Think outside the box.A wall-mounted desk makes room for storage under the table.
Play with colours.Folding crates are very useful in the office. Mix your favourite colours and mark the contents of the boxes on manila tags.

Limit the number of items on the desk, so you always have plenty of room on the table for your creative projects and work.

Only the most frequently used objects should be permanently placed on the table. And maybe a few decorative elements to create 'hygge' and inspiration.

Slanted wall.If there is a slanted wall in the room, you can make use of the space by building a closet under it. You could cover the closet with a curtain.
Keep order with baskets."Getting dressed is a daily pleasure when the wardrobe is organised," Clara says.
Visual overview.Quickly find the favourite shoes in the cabinet by adding photos outside the boxes.
DIY-projekt.Use the space under a slanted wall with an easy DIY hanger rail.
How to.For making the hanger rail, you simple hang a wooden pole with macramé yarn and wooden beads.
